The recyclable degradable granulation conditioner is a homogeneous lignin with a particle size of 0.5-10 cm.
The wood homogeneous body is a sphere or cube with a particle size of 0.5-10 cm, which is processed from dried wood by mechanical equipment such as crusher and moulding machine. The wood homogenate has the characteristics of the same particle size and shape, light weight, good fluidity, easy screening, recyclable utilization, good water absorption, adjustable moisture, easy microbial attachment, recyclable inoculation, degradability and residue without affecting the quality of finished products.
The application steps of recyclable degradable granular conditioner in sludge composting are as follows: (1) mixing sludge and conditioner according to mass ratio of 1:0.35 to 1.35, the mixture material is obtained with moisture content of 55-65%; (2) mixing material is put into fermentation facilities for thermophilic aerobic fermentation, with ventilation rate of 0.05-6 m3/(min.m3), and the temperature of mixture material is maintained at least 5 days above 55;(3) fermentation for 9-20 days. After discharging, the conditioner is screened out by drum. The screening rate is over 98%. That is to say, the application of conditioner in sludge composting is completed. The water content of sludge is 75-85% and the organic matter content is 40-85% in step (1).
The recyclable degradable granular conditioner can be used in sludge composting alone. Compared with the traditional conditioner, it has good fluidity and is easy to screen. After high temperature fermentation, the conditioner can screen more than 98%. It can be directly or recycled after air drying to reduce the operation cost of sludge composting.
Because the conditioner of the invention is made of natural organic materials, has good microbial adhesion and good inoculation effect in recycling use, the fermentation time is shortened from one month of traditional high temperature composting process to 9-20 days, and the heating rate of the compost body is obviously increased. At the end of the first day of fermentation, the heating rate can reach 28 degrees C, whereas the heating rate of traditional high temperature composting process is generally only 6-15 degrees C/day. 。 The conditioner in the present invention is an organic substance with good air permeability, which degrades slowly in composting, has stable spatial structure and improves the mass transfer efficiency of air in the compost body. The conditioner material of the invention is wood, which can be degraded, and the organic matter content of the finished product can not be reduced even if there is residual during screening.
